We have been getting a lot of questions about Dulce de Leche, a new flavor in our stores."Dulce de leche" is the most common name for milk caramel in Spanish according to wikipedia. The Yogurt tastes sweet and like milky caramel. We like it a lot and you will see it frequently in our stores.

Introducing: Red Velvet Cake
Cake Batter, Cheesecake, and Birthday Cake are getting another brother in the Cake flavor category. Red Velvet Cake is a light chocolate cake with a red hue that is delicious and now rotating through our stores!
Also new is No Sugar Added Cinnamon Bun. No Sugar Added flavors are lowest in calories and always fat free, and this one is quickly turning into a favorite.

October 29th is the annual Halloween themed Farmers Market in SLO and for the second year in a row it will feature a costume contest judged by Yogurt Creations representatives! Compete in one of the categories (0-2, 3-4, 5-8, 9-12, & pairs) to win prizes from Yogurt Creations. Also, bring your trick-or-treating bag; YC and business downtown will be handing out candy.
It's fall again and the delicious Pumpkin yogurt is now frequently rotating in all YC stores. Also, look for Candy Corn and halloween sprinkles in the stores as we start to decorate for the season!

Cake Batter also goes excellent with fruit, but "Ctrawberries" seemed like a bit of a stretch.
The San Luis Obispo Yogurt Creations has now added Honey its topping selection! To many, honey seems like a strange choice, but not to the Greek. Grab some Euro tart and try topping it with some honey and almonds.
Savannah, on the other hand likes her honey this way:
It was actually Savannah who first requested Honey, so she's really excited.
This week we tried to get concoctions from Kirsten to share with you but hit a road block when her proposed ideas were basically Hot Fudge in a cup. Nothing against Hot Fudge, it is tremendously delicious, but it would be nice if she included some yogurt in the ingredients.
Hillary, on the other hand, has come up with something worthy of writing home about. It's her own spin on a classic taste and she calls it, “Tokyo Rocky Road.”
Mochi rice pieces are the same size as mini marshmallows and go great with all flavors of yogurt. In this case Hillary prefers them over their puffed up confectionery rivals.
And yes, they taste great in a bowl of hot fudge.

Mix together the yogurt, topping, and cookie dough pieces before squeezing the raspberry sauce on the top.
Eric says he included cookie dough to be like the outside of the sandwich. Or, to use his own words, "Cookie Dough, Bread: same thing."
